- Overview- This Refund & Returns Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for purchases made through elov8comps.com. By purchasing any product or competition entry, you agree to the terms set out below.
- Competition Entries (Instant Wins & Auto-Draws)
2.1 No Refunds After Entry
All competition entries are final and non-refundable once completed.
This includes:
- Instant Win entries
- Auto-Draw entries
- Discounted entries
- Promotional code purchases
This is because entry numbers are automatically allocated and reserved immediately upon purchase.
2.2 Duplicate Orders
If duplicate transactions occur due to system or payment errors, please contact us within 24 hours and we will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate payment.
2.3 Failed or Incomplete Payments
Entries are only valid once payment has cleared. Any incomplete or failed payment will not result in a valid entry.
2.4 Competition Closure
All competitions:
- close at the stated time
- will not be extended unless clearly stated in the competition terms
No refunds will be issued if a participant misses a closing time.
- Physical Products (Shop Purchases)
If you purchase physical items from our store:
3.1 Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- item is unused
- item is in original packaging
- request made within 14 days of delivery
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- used items
- opened consumables
- personalised products
- hygiene-sensitive goods
3.3 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

- order number

- or refund

Prizes won through competitions:
- cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated or agreed by Elov8
- cannot be returned once accepted
- cannot be transferred after confirmation
If a winner declines a prize, an alternative may be offered at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed:
- back to original payment method
- within 3–10 working days
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

- refuse refunds
- cancel orders
- suspend accounts
if we suspect:
